Terms of Service

• credit either my toyhou.se (@synthyx) or my CS account
if youre uploading my art anywhere.

• please do not trace, steal, or take credit for any of my work. you may reference poses/expressions etc, but do not outright steal my art.

Things to Know - Before Commissioning:

• i have the right to decline any commission request, this is not primarily FCFS, even though i do complete orders in the order i receive them.

• please send the payment after you post your form. i will not accept the payment until i have sent you the completed artwork through PMs. I will not start your art until i have seen proof of the payment

• please be sure that youre okay with waiting the estimated turnaround time located on the first page. i may not take the whole time, but its there as a pre-warning incase i do

• i generally do not do refunds, but if theres a specific or serious enough reason you want one, then i will provide.

• if you selected to receive progress shots, i will usually only send the lineart stage for approval and then finish the art piece as a whole unless its a complex piece.

• after you receive the art, im happy to make any changes or fix mistakes ^^

• if my prices are too high, i apologize. i price my art at what i think it is worth. it takes time and motivation to make it ^^”

• i attend school regularly and have a life outside of the internet, so please keep that in mind when commissioning me. you may ask for progress shots, but please do not rush me.

• i only draw when i want to / feel motivated to. drawing is a hobby for me, not a chore

• i am always happy to do art trades! contact me about them any time:)

please be patient with me if you order these. im not very experienced in the field of scenes and i do use a different program when drawing them. these will usually take me longer than the estimated TAT! if there are multiple characters in the scene, the additional charge still applies.
